When travelling to other worlds, Vanaheim for instance, is it possible to bring things back? Because I astral projected there (or at least I think it was there) and now my protection, healing and prosperity spells are magnified. If this is the case, could I bring anything else back, such as a spirit?

Many magical practitioners will travel to the Otherworld (and the various realms / lands within it) to acquire knowledge, as well as manifest power / wisdom / truth / etc.
There are times when one can make contact with an entity in it’s home lands, and then they will give the practitioner information on how to summon them when they return home, aka: ‘getting their phone number’ if you will. I have also known spirits to gift individuals with gifts, abilities, or talents (either short or long term), which they then manifest upon returning home (such as the ability to speak an esoteric tongue, write in sigilic code, etc).
However, as with all things, I would not recommend forcing a spirit to do your bidding. Making it honor an agreement is one thing, but all out capturing it is not allowed (and in all but the best magicians / witches, something difficult-to-impossible to accomplish in the Otherworld anyways).
